Saint Paul in Partnership with the Waverly Youth Program.

Martial Arts classes for boys and girls ages 6-13 on Tuesday and Thursday 4-5pm and Reading and Literacy on Tuesday 5:30 PM– 7:30 PM. Applications are still being accepted.

Both the Martial Arts and Reading Literacy programs will be on a break for the summer and will resume in September.  See Rev. Steve with any questions.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH EFFORTS:

Back to School supplies:  It's that time to start collecting school supplies, so that we can support needy children in our neighborhood as they prepare for the upcoming school year. We are asking for donations of notebooks, pens, pencils, loose‑leaf paper, folders, binders, highlighters, glue sticks, crayons, markers, and any other basic supplies that help set our students up for success.

Support the SisterLove Ministry Personal Hygiene Program

The SisterLove Ministry would like to support a Personal Hygiene Program for students in Grades 4–8 at Augusta Lewis Troup School on Edgewood Avenue.

You can help by donating funds or providing the following travel-size items. Items can be purchased at Walmart, Walgreens, Stop & Shop, or Target.

Items Needed:

  • Dove and Secret deodorant (for both male and female students)

  • Washcloths

  • Soap: Dove or Lever 2000

  • Soft toothbrushes

  • Toothpaste: Crest or Colgate

  • Dental floss

  • Combs and brushes

Your generosity will help provide students with essential personal hygiene supplies and support their health, confidence, and well-being.

Drop off bins for both of these efforts will be outside the church office and we will be collecting until the 30th of August. Thank you for your generosity.
