Reverend Kay Randall was ordained as an elder in the UAME church in August 2020. A graduate of Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT ( B.A. French / Education), she also holds an Associate Degree in Theology from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas and a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Boulden Seminary of Wilmington, Delaware.

Before joining St Paul, where she works alongside her husband, Rev. Stephen Randall, teaching and preaching the word of God, Rev Randall served for many years as an ordained minister at Shiloh Christian Church in Middletown, CT.  As Shiloh’s musician and arts ministry director, she coordinated the ministries of dance, mime and drama, as well as the praise and worship teams and choirs. She has taken music and the arts as a means of sharing the gospel into prisons and nursing homes. She has also traveled on short term missions’ trips overseas, and has served the Lord in many different capacities in church ministry.

She believes that service to the Lord should be done with humility and excellence.  2 Corinthians 4 :7 “ But we have this treasure in earthen vessels to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”

Rev. Kay currently resides in Waterbury with her husband. They have a daughter and son- in- law, Ministers Ashley and Alan Marshall, and they are blessed with two beautiful grandchildren.
